Circuit Training

Groups or individuals catered for with a full motivating circuit class to work the whole body.

Dru Yoga

Is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation? With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition Dru works on body, mind and spirit – improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

Bums and Tums

Target those hard to get areas with exercises that will help strengthen and tone the core muscles and bum area, this can be arranged for individuals or within a small group.

High Intensity Interval training (HIIT) is an intense type of workout that uses intervals of hard work with periods of rest to get the heart pumping, metabolism fired up and gets all areas of the body in one workout.

Metafit is the original 30 minute bodyweight only HIIT workout. Metafit can be used as a group studio class, Bootcamp or a one to one training session. It’s tough which is why it gets results!
